My name is Jane and I have been diagnosed with PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) 2.5 years ago. However, I have been dealing with such disabling symptoms for over 10 years now.
I created this blog to express my perspectives, insights, advice & life experiences with PMDD. I hope that by sharing my story and truth, it’ll bring more awareness and help break the stigma associated with mental health. PMDD is often misdiagnosed, over diagnosed or taken seriously and the lack of research and support is shocking.
It’s time to make a difference in the world and help save our future! Instead of hating my life for having such disorder, I have chosen to love myself completely by learning how to cope with the PMDD in a more healthier approach!
